Shake in a jar or mix in a blender
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped very fine
1/2 inch ginger, chopped very fine
Add pea and sunflower sprouts, other microgreens and grated carrots. Gently mix in a bowl and then add salad sauce to taste.
Serve in bowls. Add avocado pieces, and roasted sesame seeds. ENJOY!
