Pea shoots are nutritionally dense like all microgreens. Pea shoots are naturally sweet so they are a fantastic addition to smoothies. If you are a vegetarian or vegan, add peas and pea shoots to your diet because they are a great source of protein. Sprouting peas unlocks vitamin C and iron, plus the pea protein is easier to digest.  

Enjoy our tender pea shoots raw in a fresh salad or a smoothie. You can also add them to a stir fry at the end of cooking.
